Additional Cremated Remains 

Second set of cremated remains may be placed in a single niche at half the cost of the first set of remains.

Please note:

• Prices reflect the purchase of burial right only and do not include casket, urns or vaults, memorial markers, or niche markers/plaques.

• Up to three cremated remains may be inurned atop a full body casket, each at the "additional burial" price.

• Two sets of cremated remains may be inured per Columbarium niche. See pricing chart.

• Family of the deceased will assure approved memorial markers identify the final resting place for their faithfully departed loved ones. Guidelines will be provided by the parish office.

• St. John the Evangelist and/or cemetery is not responsible for any loss or damage to a gravesite or Columbarium niche due to, but not limited to, vandalism, the elements or natural disasters.

• Any work in the cemetery by an outside vendor must be pre-approved by Management.
